Two levels of South-facing (and lake-facing) outdoor spaces wrap the home and provide ample excuses to spend leisure time outside. Acting as an added room to the home, this area connects the interior to the gorgeous neighboring countryside, even featuring an outdoor grill and barbecue area. A massive two-story rock-faced wood burning fireplace with subtle copper accents define both the interior and exterior living spaces. Providing warmth, comfort, and a stunning focal point, this fireplace serves as a central gathering place in any season. A chef’s kitchen is equipped with a 48” professional range which allows for gourmet cooking with a phenomenal view. With an expansive bunk room for guests, the home has been designed with a grand master suite that exudes luxury and takes in views from the North, West, and South sides of the panoramic beauty.

Who doesn’t love a fun powder room? We sure do! We wanted to incorporate design elements from the rest of the home using new materials and finishes to transform thiswashroom into the glamourous space that it is. This powder room features a furniturestyle vanity with NaturalCalacatta Corchia Marble countertops, hammered copper sink andstained oak millwork set against a bold and beautiful tile backdrop. But the fun doesn’t stop there, on the floors we used a dark and moody marble like tile to really add that wow factor and tie into the other elements within the space. The stark veining in these tiles pulls white, beige, gold, black and brown together to complete the look in this stunning little powder room.

Step back in time to a chic and sophisticated era with this stunning French vintage electric bathroom. The bold and playful mix of red and zebra wallpaper sets the tone for a luxurious space that exudes both charm and character. The black accents throughout the room, from the fixtures to the ornate mirror frame, add a touch of elegance and provide a complementary contrast to the vibrant color palette.

In this guest cloakroom, luxury and bold design choices speak volumes. The walls are clad in an opulent wallpaper adorned with golden palm motifs set against a deep, matte black background, creating a rich and exotic tapestry. The sleek lines of a contemporary basin cabinet in a contrasting charcoal hue anchor the space, boasting clean, modern functionality. Above, a copper-toned round mirror reflects the intricate details and adds a touch of warmth, complementing the coolness of the dark tones. The herringbone-patterned flooring in dark slate provides a grounding element, its texture and color harmonizing with the room's overall decadence. A built-in bench with a plush cushion offers a practical seating solution, its fabric echoing the room's geometric and sophisticated style. This cloakroom is a statement in confident interior styling, transforming a utilitarian space into a conversation piece.

A blue, restful moment in the powder room of our client's packed-with-personality Easy Village loft. Including artwork in the bathroom creates cohesion through her apartment, and highlights an opportunity for "cheeky moments."
