Providence Fixer Upper

The walls were caked with years of cigarette tar and was dated from the mid-century. The walls were cleaned and treated, new crown molding was installed and the floors refreshed. Historic paint hues were chosen, and the fireplace was given an update in white. A rough hewn mantle was added, as well as new lighting installed. All new furnishings were ordered in durable fabrics meant to last, along with a washable rug.
