John Rogers Renovations
This rich traditional kitchen remodel by John Rogers Renovations is in the up and coming Brookhaven area of Atlanta.
This elegant collection of wood, stone and steel creates an elegantly neutral palette that can be accented with the tastes of the homeowner. Notice the detailed backsplash and potfiller and multi-purpose island.
Kitchen Solvers of Kansas City
In this project, our client wanted to open up their 12 x 12 kitchen into the family and dining rooms creating room for a centerpiece angled island for sitting and entertaining.
The entire project was refaced in Natural Cherry Walzcraft Raised Center panel doors with a Cinnamon stain including a custom island with a Lazy Susan. Hidden steel supports were used in the island seating area for the Santa Cecilia granite that was installed throughout. In addition a base cabinet next to the range was converted to a 3 drawer bank with 5/8” drawer boxes and soft close under mount glides. The existing standard door pantry was reworked with a cabinet door to match.
A new medium stained Oak floor was also installed to complete the kitchen transformation.
Cabinet-S-Top
In this kitchen we updated the existing cabinetry with new Top Knobs Edwardian Lund Pulls & Knobs. A Distressed Medallion Designer Maple Island in Black Heirloom with caffe glaze was added to accent the room. Instead of a typical sink an undermount 4’ Galley workstation was installed. Accessories for the Galley included an upper tier cutting board, an 11” bowl, an 11” colander, 1 lower tier platform with cutout for bowl/colander, 1 lower tier platform and a galley drain rack. For the faucet, we installed a new Delta Pilar Single Handle Pull Down faucet with Touch 20 Technology in brushed nickel and a drinking water faucet. A new 3cm Cambria Quartz countertop in Canterbury color was installed. The backsplash is 4x4 San Mateo honed tumbled tile with San Mateo pencil molding and San Mateo 2x2 rope border behind the range accented with 1x1 Sonoma glass tiles in Hemp color.
Chi Renovation & Design
We completely redesigned the entire basement layout to open it up and make ample room for the spare bedroom, bathroom, pool table, bar, and full-size kitchenette. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with slate walls and flooring. The kitchenette, complete with a fridge and sink, was custom made to match the coloring of the new pool table.
Project designed by Skokie renovation firm, Chi Renovation & Design. They serve the Chicagoland area, and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore.
