This bathroom is part of a new Master suite construction for a traditional house in the city of Burbank. The space of this lovely bath is only 7.5' by 7.5' Going for the minimalistic look and a linear pattern for the concept. The floor tiles are 8"x8" concrete tiles with repetitive pattern imbedded in the, this pattern allows you to play with the placement of the tile and thus creating your own "Labyrinth" pattern. The two main bathroom walls are covered with 2"x8" white subway tile layout in a Traditional herringbone pattern. The toilet is wall mounted and has a hidden tank, the hidden tank required a small frame work that created a nice shelve to place decorative items above the toilet. You can see a nice dark strip of quartz material running on top of the shelve and the pony wall then it continues to run down all the way to the floor, this is the same quartz material as the counter top that is sitting on top of the vanity thus connecting the two elements together. For the final touch for this style we have used brushed brass plumbing fixtures and accessories.

We teamed up with an investor to design a one-of-a-kind property. We created a very clear vision for this home: Scandinavian minimalism. Our intention for this home was to incorporate as many natural materials that we could. We started by selecting polished concrete floors throughout the entire home. To balance this masculinity, we chose soft, natural wood grain cabinetry for the kitchen, bathrooms and mudroom. In the kitchen, we made the hood a focal point by wrapping it in marble and installing a herringbone tile to the ceiling. We accented the rooms with brass and polished chrome, giving the home a light and airy feeling. We incorporated organic textures and soft lines throughout. The bathrooms feature a dimensioned shower tile and leather towel hooks. We drew inspiration for the color palette and styling by our surroundings - the desert.

Per questo Pavimento in zona San Fortunato (Bassano del Grappa), ho rinnovato i Rivestimenti del Bagno. Il lavoro è stato svolto dall'inizio alla fine in una sola settimana lavorativa. ------------------ ➡ Il Problema dei Bagni ⬅ Come detto altre volte, il problema dei bagni è sempre uno dei più ostici da gestire nelle case e negli appartamenti datati. I Bagni di molte abitazioni spesso hanno rivestimenti pallidi, rovinati dal tempo e dall'umidità. Questo perché spesso si scelgono rivestimenti bianchissimi e di materiali scadenti, con posature che spesso hanno più di qualche pecca... ------------------ ➡ Cos'ho fatto in questa casa ⬅ In questo grazioso appartamento di San Fortunato (Bassano del Grappa), ho rivestito il Bagno con rivestimenti di grande formato, per dare maggior resistenza, bellezza e modernità agli spazi. ------------------
