Pinnacle Design & RemodelingHailey's first project designing start to finish! These homeowner's wanted our designs and access to our trade discounts, but had the time and family connections to do the work themselves. Although it took about a year to complete, the space is COMPLETELY different and they are somehow still ready for do more projects! We removed walls, relocated appliances, added walls... basically transformed they entire public space of their main level.

Schmidt DorkingClean, cool and calm are the three Cs that characterise a Scandi-style kitchen. The use of light wood and design that is uncluttered is what Scandinavians look for. Sleek and streamlined surfaces and efficient storage can be found in the Schmidt catalogue. The enhancement of light by using a Scandi style and colour. The Scandinavian style is inspired by the cool colours of landscapes, pale and natural colours, and adds texture to make the kitchen more sophisticated.
This kitchen’s palette ranges from white, green and light wood to add texture, all bringing memories of a lovely and soft landscape. The light wood resembles the humble beauty of the 30s Scandinavian modernism. To maximise the storage, the kitchen has three tall larders with internal drawers for better organising and unclutter the kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling cabinets creates a sleek, uncluttered look, with clean and contemporary handle-free light wood cabinetry. To finalise the kitchen, the black appliances are then matched with the black stools for the island.

La cuisine est volontairement blanche immaculée afin de pouvoir mettre des détails colorés, comme une crédence en zellige bleu turquoise et un canapé jaune moutarde. Le plan de travail est en stratifié avec chant multiplis qui rappelle la couleur clair du parquet. Nous avons mixé moderne et ancien avec une table déjà présente dans l'appartement. Nous sommes en recherche de chaises chinées pour compléter le projet.
Everything HomeThe new construction luxury home was designed by our Carmel design-build studio with the concept of 'hygge' in mind – crafting a soothing environment that exudes warmth, contentment, and coziness without being overly ornate or cluttered. Inspired by Scandinavian style, the design incorporates clean lines and minimal decoration, set against soaring ceilings and walls of windows. These features are all enhanced by warm finishes, tactile textures, statement light fixtures, and carefully selected art pieces.
In the living room, a bold statement wall was incorporated, making use of the 4-sided, 2-story fireplace chase, which was enveloped in large format marble tile. Each bedroom was crafted to reflect a unique character, featuring elegant wallpapers, decor, and luxurious furnishings. The primary bathroom was characterized by dark enveloping walls and floors, accentuated by teak, and included a walk-through dual shower, overhead rain showers, and a natural stone soaking tub.
An open-concept kitchen was fitted, boasting state-of-the-art features and statement-making lighting. Adding an extra touch of sophistication, a beautiful basement space was conceived, housing an exquisite home bar and a comfortable lounge area.

Che InteriorsFor this rare build, we co-remodeled with the client, an architect who came to us looking for a kitchen-expert to match the new home design.
They were creating a warm, tactile, Scandi-Modern aesthetic, so we sourced organic materials and contrasted them with dark, industrial components.
Simple light grey countertops and white walls were paired with thick, clean drawers and shelves and flanked slick graphite grey cabinets. The island mirrored the countertops and drawers and was married with a large, slab-legged wooden table and darker wood chairs.
Finally, a slim, long hanging light echoed the graphite grey cabinets and created a line of vision that pointed to the kitchen’s large windows that displayed a lush, green exterior.
Together, the space felt at once contemporary and natural.
