North on Sixty
Several improvements were made to the original facade, such as the removal of the windows' faux muntin bars, and the addition of oversized Loewen terrace doors. The foundation of the space is Kebony decking, which provides unbeatable performance and warmth.
Keefrider Custom Furniture
Designed to be the oasis you dream of coming home to, this graceful lounge set is the ultimate combination of comfort and class. The chair and loveseat backs are adjustable and curved for lumbar support. The armrests are broad and flat at the front - perfect for a glass of wine or hors d'oeuvres plate. The subtle curves of the pressure-bent hardwood lend a soft sophistication to these pieces. The shapely loveseats are custom-designed for lazing around the fire. Their seats are curved to wrap around the fire pit, with independently-reclining backs for serene comfort.
Fireclay Tile
Claire Thomas knows the secret to elevating a backyard patio: add handmade tile. This chic space boasts a checkered combination of 6x6 Ceramic Tile in Sandstone and Pyrite, so stepping out the back door is akin to entering an upscale retreat.

CK Architects
Captivated by the waterfront views, our clients purchased a 1980s shoreline residence that was in need of a modern update. They entrusted us with the task of adjusting the layout to meet their needs and infusing the space with a palette inspired by Long Island Sound – consisting of light wood, neutral stones and tile, expansive windows and unique lighting accents. The result is an inviting space for entertaining and relaxing alike, blending modern aesthetics with warmth seamlessly.
