My client hated their large 80's style jacuzzi, and wanted us to remove it. We added a much larger shower, with seating, and a new coat of paint on their vanities, with a new quartz countertop. I had fun, with running their porcelain floor in a herringbone pattern, to add more elegance to this space. My client also wanted to keep cost down, so we went with cabinetry from pottery barn, instead of a custom build. These changes took this space from 80's builder grade look, to a new sleek design, that is sure to last years to come.

LBI transformed this small loft bathroom into a modern, stylish shower room. We installed white herringbone tiles on the wall with patterned floor tile along with a black frame shower door. We also installed a modern sit on basin with a solid wood vanity top to compliment the black framed shower panel. In the shower area we installed a rain shower and tiled alcove to complete the look.

Designed by Matthew Krier at Design Group Three, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI. This old lake house had seen numerous renovations, additions, and alterations since it’s original small cottage footprint dating back to the 1940’s. For this project, two small bathrooms were renovated to become one large guest bath with a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower, and large vanity. New engineered floor joists were installed to support the weight of the tub and a vaulted ceiling was created for dramatic effect. A blend of rustic wood and modern amenities offer a spa-like retreat including creative storage and a patterned floor tile for a little extra flare.
