This is a small bathroom off the master bedroom. Becuase of the small space we put in a 48x48 tile shower and heated floors. A glass wall was used to help make the space feel bigger.

This bathroom is in a traditional home with great character in the woodwork, paneling and materials. The homeowners desired an interior finish and fixture upgrade to the room, without losing the character of the quaint space. The wall tile is Pratt and Larson with a special glaze and floor tile is a custom created stone mosaic with black polished marble and honed creme marfil. The paint selection plays off the softer blue hues of the surrounding bedrooms and gives the 'spa' effect the homeowners wanted.

Powder room with table style vanity that was fabricated in our exclusive Bay Area cabinet shop. Ann Sacks Clodagh Shield tiled wall adds interest to this very small powder room that had previously been a hallway closet.

What was once a basic powder room is now fresh, sophisticated and ready for your guests. A powder room can become a stunning focal point by installing a mosaic stone floor and grasscloth wallpaper in vinyl. By replacing dated fixtures with something more high-end in a brushed warm metal finish, unexpected painted dark blue trim adds drama, visual interest, contrast and brings a decorative touch to your powder room.

Garage conversion into Additional Dwelling Unit / Tiny House

This was a renovation to a historic Wallace Frost home in Birmingham, MI. We salvaged the existing bathroom tiles and repurposed them into tow of the bathrooms. We also had matching tiles made to help complete the finished design when necessary. A vintage sink was also sourced.
