A la demande du client, le logement a été aménagé avec plusieurs filets LoftNets afin de rentabiliser l’espace, sécuriser l’étage et créer un espace de relaxation suspendu permettant de converser un maximum de luminosité dans la pièce. Références : 2 filets d'habitation noirs en mailles tressées 15 mm pour la mezzanine et le garde-corps à l’étage et un filet d'habitation beige en mailles tressées 45 mm pour la terrasse extérieure.

Tiny house on wheels designed and built for a subtropical climate by The Tiny House Company in Brisbane, Australia. The deck shown in the foreground is modular and designed and built to be dismantled or assembled in under 2 hours. The legs are adjustable to suit various sites and the deck bolts onto the house with flashing included for a water-tight seal.

Set 4 stories high this Hamilton deck renovation required a professional sincere touch to bring it back to life from a neglected unmaintained state. The wildlife had taken control of it, there were wasp nests, mould, rust and rot everywhere you looked. These handrail / roof supports were fully welded 100x100 SHS steel and very very heavy. We did away with them and installed timber roof support posts and a traditional timber handrail and balustrade system to suit the Brisbane Queenslander. We also installed a sandwich panel insulated roof system

The private rear yard is to be found at the top of the site. This space is cradled by the new living areas which offer protection from winds in a number of directions. Views can be gained from the yard, through the building, to the sea.

Shielding the house’s rear from harsh western sun, a covered deck creates a protected threshold space to encourage outdoor play and interaction with the garden. This charming home is big on the little things; creating considered spaces that have a positive effect on daily life.
