Modern laundry room with undermounted stainless steel single bowl deep sink, Brizo statement faucet of matte black and gold, white subway tile in herringbone pattern, quartz marble looking counters, white painted cabinets and porcelain tile floor. Lights are recessed under the cabinets for a clean look and are LED, Pulls are polished chrome.

Image of Guest Bathroom. In this high contrast bathroom the dark Navy Blue vanity and shower wall tile installed in chevron pattern pop off of this otherwise neutral, white space. The white grout helps to accentuate the tile pattern on the blue accent wall in the shower for more interest.

I custom designed this vanity out of zinc and wood. I wanted it to be space saving and float off of the floor. The tub and shower area are combined to create a wet room. the overhead rain shower and wall mounted fixtures provide a spa-like experience. Photo: Seth Caplan

The wallpaper is a dark floral by Ellie Cashman Design. The floor tiles are Calacatta honed 2x2 hexs. The lights are Camille Sconces in hand rubbed brass by visual comfort.
