This project is an Electronic House Magazine award winner: http://electronichouse.com/article/small_house_goes_big_with_home_automation
We were brought into this project just as the major remodel was underway, allowing us to bring together a feature-rich audio/video and automation system with elegant integration into the spaces. This system provides simple control and automation of the lights, climate, audio/video, security, video surveillance, and door locks. The homeowner can use their iPads or iPhones to control everything in their home, or when away.

This is a cozy TV theater loft. We furnished this space with a custom- sized corner sectional sized precisely for this small room. The peek through window above the sofa frames the hill country view through the wall of windows in the next room.
Serious Audio Video
Everything in the private screening room was custom designed to feel like a classic movie house. Two tiered rows of luxury motorized theater seating and two lounge chairs are perfect for the whole family to watch movies or play big screen video games, together.

Cre8tive Rooms Ltd
Cre8tive Rooms were tasked with transforming an unused attic room at a beautiful property in Farnham into a luxury home cinema that could be enjoyed by the whole family. When the project was undertaken, the room was decorated but a completely blank canvas. After producing 3D renders and approving a design with the client, we got to work on the coffered ceiling and screen wall – the main carpentry works needed. We then installed bespoke upholstered wall panels, low and high level hidden LED lighting and an awesome starlight ceiling. A Sony projector was discreetly tucked above the door frame, recessed into the coffer and Artcoustic speakers were installed behind the screen, at the rear and in the ceiling beneath the starlight ceiling. This creates a crisp and punchy 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos sound system which fills the space perfectly. Control4 pulls all the technology in the room together with a custom Neeo remote to control the lighting, audio and video sources.

This close-up view of the "Camelot" cherry espresso base cabinets highlights the decorative end panel giving the base cabinets a very "custom" appeal. The base storage includes a double trash bin pull out as well as two deep drawers and three shallow drawers.

Shepel Homes - Kitchen and Bath
We had the opportunity to renovate this space, which needed a lot of updating. The client wanted to update the finishes throughout their home, allowing for a more inviting feel. They wanted a more modern look while also upgrading those cabinets with durable materials that would last a lifetime. We used all new custom cabinets made of rich wood and premium hardware to achieve this goal. We continued throughout each room; fresh paint, lighting packages, and appliances enhance an area's design and create cohesiveness throughout the house.

The client was keen that this home office should also function as a home cinema for watching rugby games or family films.

A 1958 Bungalow that had been left for ruin—the perfect project for me and my husband. We updated only what was needed while revitalizing many of the home's mid-century elements.
