After raising their five children, these empty-nesters were ready to say goodbye to their outdated 1990’s master suite complete with blue laminate countertops, wall-to-wall carpeting (even in the bathroom) and brass Hollywood lighting. The couple looked forward to regular visits from their children and grandchildren, and wanted to create a warm, inviting master suite that they all could enjoy together. We teamed with general contractor Stanley Renovation and Design for the remodeling and custom cabinetry. The master suite was reconfigured to include a built-in entertainment center, a more comprehensive and stately bathroom vanity, adding character to the space with millwork and doors, and a spacious and bright shower for two. Guest Bathroom on Main Floor is authentic to the whimsical historical home. A freestanding tub with a retrofitted vanity custom designed from an antique dresser exudes character. The rich marble mosaic floor and countertop with shaped backsplash, brass fixtures and the lovely wallpaper design add to the beauty. the original shower was eliminated. A vintage chandelier and elegant sconces enhance the formality.

A stately bath fit for a noble. This luxurious lavender loo delivers an elegant, airy feel in a space packed with details. From the parquet marble floors to the solid brass wall mount faucets, pedestal top sinks to the free-standing tub, this on-suite delivers grand presence and dramatic elegance. The classic lines marry seamlessly with the modern technology found in the Bluetooth capable effervescent tub, moisture sensing exhaust fan, and smart thermostat controlled radiant floors. This package conveys all the luxuries of modern living and all the style of a stately manor.

This was a renovation to a historic Wallace Frost home in Birmingham, MI. We salvaged the existing bathroom tiles and repurposed them into tow of the bathrooms. We also had matching tiles made to help complete the finished design when necessary. A vintage sink was also sourced.

Elegant update to a dated craftsman style bathroom that was full of wallpaper. Now, a warm Casa California style spa bath with some sparkly touches.

The bathrooms were one of my favorite spaces to design! With all the modern comforts one would want, yet dressed elegantly vintage. With gold hardware, unique lighting, and spa-like walk-in showers and bathtubs, it's truly a luxurious adaptation of grand design in today's contemporary style. Heated flooring system under the tile, easy to use thermostat

Take a look at the latest home renovation that we had the pleasure of performing for a client in Trinity. This was a full master bathroom remodel, guest bathroom remodel, and a laundry room. The existing bathroom and laundry room were the typical early 2000’s era décor that you would expect in the area. The client came to us with a list of things that they wanted to accomplish in the various spaces. The master bathroom features new cabinetry with custom elements provided by Palm Harbor Cabinets. A free standing bathtub. New frameless glass shower. Custom tile that was provided by Pro Source Port Richey. New lighting and wainscoting finish off the look. In the master bathroom, we took the same steps and updated all of the tile, cabinetry, lighting, and trim as well. The laundry room was finished off with new cabinets, shelving, and custom tile work to give the space a dramatic feel.
