This bathroom is in a traditional home with great character in the woodwork, paneling and materials. The homeowners desired an interior finish and fixture upgrade to the room, without losing the character of the quaint space. The wall tile is Pratt and Larson with a special glaze and floor tile is a custom created stone mosaic with black polished marble and honed creme marfil. The paint selection plays off the softer blue hues of the surrounding bedrooms and gives the 'spa' effect the homeowners wanted.

After completing their kitchen several years prior, this client came back to update their bath shared by their twin girls in this 1930's home.
The bath boasts a large custom vanity with an antique mirror detail. Handmade blue glass tile is a contrast to the light coral wall. A small area in front of the toilet features a vanity and storage area with plenty of space to accommodate toiletries for two pre-teen girls.

We carried the beveled subway and penny tile detail around the room to give a more cohesive feel to the space.
The vanity was customized as a drawer style piece, allowing each of the boys his own storage space.

We packed as much as we could into this small bathroom, loading it with all of the latest and greatest in bathroom technology. Outlets are hidden in the medicine cabinet and vanity, and the toilet features a bidet toilet seat with remote control. The tub features Kohler’s VibrAcoustic technology, which uses sound waves to relax your muscles. The room is heated through the floors with electric radiant heat from WarmUp, and the walls feature Barbara Barry tile from Ann Sacks.

A blue pinstripe of tile carries the line of the tile wainscot through the shower while the original tub pairs with new, yet classic plumbing fixtures.
