A new DG pathway replaces a tired lawn and connects two outdoor seating areas and a shady seating nook in the corner. The custom outdoor kitchen is shaded from the hot afternoon sun with a custom L-shaped pergola. A basalt water feature adds soothing sound and plant materials such as Dianella, Meyer Fern and Pittosporum add cool texture during hot summers.

Explore this revitalized backyard oasis in Washington, DC, where overgrown grass, weeds, and greenery once dominated the space. Faced with the challenge of maximizing every inch in this limited area, our goal was to reclaim and transform. The result: a thoughtful design featuring a custom fence for privacy and aesthetics, a space-saving bike shed, and a cozy bench surrounded by mosquito-repellent plants. Witness the metamorphosis of this once-overgrown haven into a harmonious blend of functionality and style—a transformed retreat where space is utilized to its fullest potential.

Craig's attached are some pictures of his palm tree infused basketball court. He call it Wishta Playland. Lot's going on, and complete now with the court. He and his family are very happy with their Pro Dunk Gold Basketball System. The dimensions of the concrete court are 40 feet wide and 25 feet deep. Their residence is located in Bellport, New York. This is a Pro Dunk Gold Basketball System that was purchased in April of 2013. It was installed on a 40 ft wide by a 25 ft deep playing area in Bellport, NY. I designed this custom fence and gate. Glass orbs are inserted at the ends of the dowels. They glisten in the sunlight and add colorful interest to the enclosure. The Cecil Brunner roses are spectacular when in bloom.

Close up of the beautiful glazed pot from Eye of the Day GDC with a mature orange tree. The herbal border of lavender, sage, thyme, turkish bay, nepeta, teucrium, Shasta daisy, pentas and lemon verbena never disappoint.
