Designer's Edge Kitchen & Bath
This bathroom had to serve the needs of teenage twin sisters. The ceiling height in the basement was extremely low and the alcove where the existing vanity sat was reduced in depth so that the cabinetry & countertop had to be sized perfectly. (See before Photos)The previous owner's had installed a custom shower and the homeowners liked the flooring and the shower itself. Keeping the tile work in place and working with the color palette provided a big savings. Now, this charming space provides all the storage needed for two teenage girls.

Spaces Renewed
This 1970 original beach home needed a full remodel. All plumbing and electrical, all ceilings and drywall, as well as the bathrooms, kitchen and other cosmetic surfaces. The light grey and blue palate is perfect for this beach cottage. The modern touches and high end finishes compliment the design and balance of this space.

The homeowners wanted their upstairs master bath to have a spa-like feel so we used a porcelain tile that mimics the look of wooden white marble to create a warm and calming atmosphere. By taking the wall tile all the way up to the almost 9’ ceilings, the bathroom feels larger than it actually is. The frameless shower enclosure adds to the feeling of openness as does having a storage ledge rather than a niche.
