The bathtub required careful attention; It was chosen only after our client had an opportunity to sit in it and make sure it was the perfect fit for her! It was placed under existing windows that provide a view of a private garden, with a television built into the perfect viewing spot to relax and catch up on programs.

Small changes made a big impact in this guest bath! The layout remained the same, but the bathroom was remodeled from top to bottom. The warm, neutral colors in the limestone floor and wall tile create a beautiful backdrop for the martini glass accent tile and matte black hardware to pop!

AV Architects + Builders Location: McLean, VA, USA This fabulous rustic-modern home measures more than 10,000 square feet with 2,000 square feet of customized outdoor spaces. The focus of our design was to create an open-floor layout and have each room connect with the next. Suitable for both family and entertaining purposes, our design offers all natural materials both on the interior and exterior. Not only does the interior offer plenty of room for entertaining, but we added a grotto and a pool to help move the fun to the outdoors. We created a one-of-a-kind oasis within the existing footprint. This Master Suite features furniture like cabinetry finished in hues of taupe accented with nickel, cream and white. accessories. Custom Cabinetry detailing set these cabinet doors apart. Recessed with a delicate detail on the outer edges. Paired with exaggerated chevron tile creates a dramatic bathroom suite.
