We are so excited to share with you this beautiful kitchen remodel in Lakeville, MN. Our clients came to us wanting to take out the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. By taking out the wall, we were able to create a new larger kitchen!
We kept the sink in the same location, and then moved the stove to the same wall as the sink. The fridge was moved to the far wall, we added an oven/micro combinations and a large pantry. We even had some extra room to create a desk space. The coolest thing about this kitchen is the DOUBLE island! The island closest to the sink functions as a working island and the other is for entertaining with seating for guests.
What really shines here is the combination of color that creates such a beautiful subtle elegance. The warm gray color of the cabinets were paired with the brown stained cabinets on the island. We then selected darker honed granite countertops on the perimeter cabinets and a light gray quartz countertop for the islands. The slightly marbled backsplash helps to tie everything in and give such a richness to the whole kitchen. I love adding little pops throughout the kitchen, so matte black hardware and the matte black sink light are perfect!
We are so happy with the final result of this kitchen! We would love the opportunity to help you out with any of your remodeling needs as well! Contact us today

Margery Wedderburn Interiors
The French style has so many layers of expression is one of our absolute favorites! It is no surprise that we were thrilled to work on the design of this incredible Alexandria home with Parisian treasures. We combined French antiques with contemporary elements – one of our signature trademarks- to create a chic, stylish, and highly alluring space. Stunning lighting, artful decor, lovely window treatments, attractive furniture, and a thoughtful color palette add elegance and sophistication to this home.

Curtis Lumber Ballston Spa
This stunning Transitional Kitchen designed by Curtis Lumber Co. was inspired by the homeowners love for some of the decorate items she has collected over the years. She wanted to open-up her kitchen space to the rest of her home, improve storage and add convenience. This was accomplished by removing a wall and soffits. A pantry, wine rack and storage area were added to the dinning space. The perimeter cabinetry is Wellborn Premier, Saybrook door style in Cherry Wood with Oyster White Finish. The island cabinetry is also Wellborn Premier, Hanover door style in Cherry Wood with Sienna Finish. Cabinet features from Wellborn that add function include an in-drawer knife block, base cabinet storage rack, pegged deep drawer dish organizer, open display cabinet with wicker baskets for produce, waste basket/recyclables pull out, 3 drawer corner pullout, utensil pullout, spice pullout and a lift-up appliance garage. The Hardware is by Emtek. The countertops are granite, and the farmhouse sink is by Whitehaven Farm.

Located in the heart of Saratoga Springs, this gorgeous historic home was exactly what this family of three needed. The only problem was the small and cramped kitchen, located at the rear of the home. Closed off from the rest of the house, the homeowners dreamt of opening the space and creating a more welcoming room for the family to gather in. Photography by Scott Bergman
Medford Remodeling
Because his home was built in 1938, it was important to Dave to stay true to the architecture of that era while still incorporating the modern feel of the 21st century. He chose a clean subway tile backsplash, dark granite counter tops, and wood accents to match the custom trim he stained. The shaker-style cabinets he built also contribute to a classic feel.
