The laundry room between the kitchen and powder room received new cabinets, washer and dryer, cork flooring, as well as the new lighting. JRY & Co.

Dutch doors into the laundry room - brilliant, especially for these dog-loving homeowners. What we can't see here are the two big, cushy dog beds under the window. For the countertop, we have a Vintage Granite - a gray, cream and white taupe color. For the backsplash, we have a Walker Zanger material called Moss, made of oyster and onyx glass and slate blend, in 1 x 1 tile. The flooring is a 12 x 24 slate look tile.

This family with young boys needed help with their cramped and crowded Laundry/Mudroom. By removing a shallow depth pantry closet in the Kitchen, we gained square footage in the Laundry Room to add a bench for setting backpacks on and cabinetry above for storage of outerwear. Coat hooks make hanging jackets and coats up easy for the kids. Luxury vinyl flooring that looks like tile was installed for its durability and comfort to stand on. On the opposite wall, a countertop was installed over the washer and dryer for folding clothes, but it also comes in handy when the family is entertaining, since it’s adjacent to the Kitchen. A tall cabinet and floating shelf above the washer and dryer add additional storage and completes the look of the room. A pocket door replaces a swinging door that hindered traffic flow through this room to the garage, which is their primary entry into the home.

The Brahmin - in Ridgefield Washington by Cascade West Development Inc. Every area of this home is designed to be spacious and accommodating. Its supersized nook area, the extra-large Pantry area to handle all the trips from Costco, down to the oversized Mud Room with benches, cubbies and large closet, to the spacious Guest Room with a private bath all of which are on the Main floor, but wait there is more! Head through the corner of the kitchen and you’ll find the “12th man Room” an incredibly cozy sized room, that features a 2nd Fireplace, Vaulted Ceilings, a Wet Bar with an under cabinet refrigerator, a sink, microwave for the popcorn and last but not least the Big Screen for Game Day! Be the Fan! Sit down, immerse yourself into the couch and turn it up! Commercial or Halftime?, …..just head outside and enjoy a breath of fresh air in the oversized back yard and throw some ball to remember the old days or drift into your favorite athlete’s stance and get geared up for the second half!
