Ann Lowengart Interiors
This sophisticated yet ultra-feminine condominium in one of the oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods in San Francisco was decorated with entertaining in mind. The all-white upholstery, walls, and carpets are surprisingly durable with materials made to suit the lifestyle of a Tech boss lady. Custom artwork and thoughtful accessories complete the look.
Crespo Design Group
The house is square with tons of angles, so I wanted to introduce some rounded elements to create contrast. The uniquely colored living room interior fits perfectly in this modern Beverly Hills home. The multi-colored Missoni fabrics set the energetic tone, while the selenite fireplace, solid colored walls, sofa, and chairs keep the looks fresh and balanced.
Home located in Beverly Hills, California. Designed by Florida-based interior design firm Crespo Design Group, who also serves Malibu, Tampa, New York City, the Caribbean, and other areas throughout the United States.
Studioteka Design, LLC
Located in Manhattan, this beautiful three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath apartment incorporates elements of mid-century modern, including soft greys, subtle textures, punchy metals, and natural wood finishes. Throughout the space in the living, dining, kitchen, and bedroom areas are custom red oak shutters that softly filter the natural light through this sun-drenched residence. Louis Poulsen recessed fixtures were placed in newly built soffits along the beams of the historic barrel-vaulted ceiling, illuminating the exquisite décor, furnishings, and herringbone-patterned white oak floors. Two custom built-ins were designed for the living room and dining area: both with painted-white wainscoting details to complement the white walls, forest green accents, and the warmth of the oak floors. In the living room, a floor-to-ceiling piece was designed around a seating area with a painting as backdrop to accommodate illuminated display for design books and art pieces. While in the dining area, a full height piece incorporates a flat screen within a custom felt scrim, with integrated storage drawers and cabinets beneath. In the kitchen, gray cabinetry complements the metal fixtures and herringbone-patterned flooring, with antique copper light fixtures installed above the marble island to complete the look. Custom closets were also designed by Studioteka for the space including the laundry room.

This transitional continental European living room with custom, large upholstered couch and chairs showcases the owners love for teal and turquoise.
Inspired Interiors
The edgy faux shagreen coffee table with mirrored top and the white Moroccan-esque shag rug enhance the rock-n-roll vibe of the room. Two side chairs flank the vintage-inspired fireplace to add extra seating and bring some new texture into the space. The walls were painted a neutral so the focus remains on the furniture and artwork. The lighting was thoughtfully placed about the fireplace to balance and enhance the book art. The bay window allows for ample natural light to flood into the space

Living Room: The simple modern white sofa creates a perfect spot to cozy up to the fireplace and take in the expansive San Fransisco Bay views beyond. Splashes of color invigorate and modernize the space.
