This beautiful Spanish Colonial on the lake in Pablo Creek Reserve is nearly 4000 SF and consists of four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and a 'flex room' that can be used as a study or fifth bedroom. Architectural authentic, this home includes an open floor plan ideal for entertaining. An extensive lanai with summer kitchen brings the outdoors in. Ceiling treatments include coffered ceilings in the great room and dining room and barrel vaults in the kitchen and master bath. Thermador appliances, Kohler and Waterworks plumbing fixtures and wood beams bring functionality and character to the home.

We added on to an existing back covered screened porch as well as built a outdoor kitchen with grill and hood. The goal was to make the area feel like it's always been apart of the home.

The one-acre lot had to have approximately 45 to 50 mature pine trees removed for the house and garage construction. The owners decided to mill the trees on the lot with the help of a local contractor who operates a portable saw mill that was brought to the site. 90% of the house interior trim as well as the the front and rear porch ceilings are from the mature pine trees cut down on the lot.

Homeowner contacted us late 2018 requesting that we design a grand backyard with multiple spaces for entertaining, dinning and enjoying time with friends and family. Their main request was a pizza oven because they enjoyed grilling and cooking for family and friends, We installed a large Chicago brick oven using Unilock Brussels river blend with El Campo Mocha accents for the masonry work (pizza oven, bar and oversized fireplace).
