Душевая: В центре квартиры, напротив прихожей расположен блок санузла, который сформирован в виде светопрозрачного куба. Конструкцию которого мы сделали из металла, так как нам была необходима минимальная толщина стен, чтобы не выйти из границы мокрой зоны. Зона туалета закрыта деревянными панелями МДФ, а душевая сделана полностью из стекла. Это триплекс из обычного матового стекла и рельефного стекла Эстриадо. Таким образом в душевую и санузел попадает естественный свет, но при этом не видно четкого силуэта человека. Заходя в туалет, мы видим напольную раковину из искусственного камня и фасады встроенного шкафа. За ним скрывается хранение средств гигиены, водонагреватель и доступ к трубам по всей высоте. На полу и слева от раковины крупноформатный керамогранит, остальные стены в комнате- мдф под дерево. В стеклянной душевой у нас поднят уровень пола, чтобы сохранить уклон стока воды в настенный трапик. Стены выполнены из двух видов керамогранита: крупноформатного под камень и рельефного под декоративную штукатурку в спальне. В душевой и туалете на потолке, светопрозрачное полотно, которое равномерно заливает помещение светом. Вечером этот объем работает еще и как светильник.

A condo master suite was reimagined as a luxury spa in a very tight space. A hydro massage tub with both jet and air massage was combined with a large open shower space as a wet room area. Honed slate on the walls and pebble marble tiles on the floor created a natural zen feel. The area around the tub and a little splash guard on the wall next to the shower were accentuated by glass mosaic tile with a free form edge. Heated floor and a towel warmer keep the bathroom comfortably warm.

We had the pleasure of working with a family that loved their property but was looking for something more from their home's layout. The living room has been updated into a modern, welcoming space that invites relaxation and conversation. It's a testament to contemporary design that also fosters an atmosphere of togetherness and engaging moments. By moving the laundry and powder rooms, we expanded the primary suite into a personal oasis, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and recharging. Every aspect of this home mirrors our client's desire for a space that blends stylish entertainment with comfortable, everyday living. We've ensured that each area is not only functional but also enhances the experiences and moments shared within, striking a balance between modern chic and welcoming warmth.
