A contemporary, living space with clean lines gives this room a fresh open feeling. The fireplace with its beautiful earth tones and abstract art is the perfect focal point.

This penthouse living room is sophisticated and inviting. The artwork was created specifically for our space and commissioned through Heidi McBride Gallery.

This is the informal den or family room of the home. Slipcovers were used on the lighter colored items to keep everything washable and easy to maintain. Coffee tables were replaced with two oversized tufted ottomans in dark gray which sit on a custom made beige and cream zebra pattern rug. The lilac and white wallpaper was carried to this room from the adjacent kitchen. Dramatic linen window treatments were hung on oversized black wood rods, giving the room height and importance.
DreamCast Design and Production
Our French Country is a traditional fireplace surrounded by timeless appeal. It is one of our most sought-after designs that easily match any interior with its classic details and elegant presence. This fireplace mantel creates a stunning focal point for great rooms or smaller living spaces if using one of the more compact sizes.

Jenni Leasia Interior Design
This new riverfront townhouse is on three levels. The interiors blend clean contemporary elements with traditional cottage architecture. It is luxurious, yet very relaxed.
The Weiland sliding door is fully recessed in the wall on the left. The fireplace stone is called Hudson Ledgestone by NSVI. The cabinets are custom. The cabinet on the left has articulated doors that slide out and around the back to reveal the tv. It is a beautiful solution to the hide/show tv dilemma that goes on in many households! The wall paint is a custom mix of a Benjamin Moore color, Glacial Till, AF-390. The trim paint is Benjamin Moore, Floral White, OC-29.
Project by Portland interior design studio Jenni Leasia Interior Design. Also serving Lake Oswego, West Linn, Vancouver, Sherwood, Camas, Oregon City, Beaverton, and the whole of Greater Portland.

A fabulous eclectic and new vintage design by Natalie Fuglestveit Interior Design, Calgary + Kelowna Interior Design Firm. Photo Credit by Lindsay Nichols Photography.
Interior design is inspired by all periods. The living room includes a black and white zig zag area rug, art deco fireplace, vintage sheet music artwork, vintage armchair, pharmacy floor lamp, Saarinen side table, Parisian antique iron railing, empty picture frame artwork, chesterfield velvet sofa, colourful designer pillows. Dining room includes a Schonbek crystal chandelier, Designers Guild wallpaper, and chartreuse velvet dining chairs, modern walnut dining table, and grey satin drapery, herringbone oak hardwood floors, and antique crystal cabinet hardware.

This Greenlake area home is the result of an extensive collaboration with the owners to recapture the architectural character of the 1920’s and 30’s era craftsman homes built in the neighborhood. Deep overhangs, notched rafter tails, and timber brackets are among the architectural elements that communicate this goal.
Given its modest 2800 sf size, the home sits comfortably on its corner lot and leaves enough room for an ample back patio and yard. An open floor plan on the main level and a centrally located stair maximize space efficiency, something that is key for a construction budget that values intimate detailing and character over size.
