DK HomesWe had the opportunity to come alongside this homeowner and demo an old cottage and rebuild this new year-round home for them. We worked hard to keep an authentic feel to the lake and fit the home nicely to the space.
We focused on a small footprint and, through specific design choices, achieved a layout the homeowner loved. A major goal was to have the kitchen, dining, and living all walk out at the lake level. We also managed to sneak a master suite into this level (check out that ceiling!).
Alair Homes BradfordThis beautiful, modern farm style custom home was elevated into a sophisticated design with layers of warm whites, panelled walls, t&g ceilings and natural granite stone.
It's built on top of an escarpment designed with large windows that has a spectacular view from every angle.
There are so many custom details that make this home so special. From the custom front entry mahogany door, white oak sliding doors, antiqued pocket doors, herringbone slate floors, a dog shower, to the specially designed room to store their firewood for their 20-foot high custom stone fireplace.
Other added bonus features include the four-season room with a cathedral wood panelled ceiling, large windows on every side to take in the breaking views, and a 1600 sqft fully finished detached heated garage.
Rande Leaman Interior DesignThe powder room retains the charm of the home which was originally built in the 1940's. The stained glass window was replicated with colors that complimented the updated look. The handmade green zelige tile, custom vanity, quartz countertop and custom mirror create a cozy space.
KraftMaster RenovationsThis compact under the stairs powder room got a beautiful facelift - the wood countertop was designed and customized for this small space and the wall tile really adds character.

Kimberlee Marie InteriorsIt’s always a blessing when your clients become friends - and that’s exactly what blossomed out of this two-phase remodel (along with three transformed spaces!). These clients were such a joy to work with and made what, at times, was a challenging job feel seamless. This project consisted of two phases, the first being a reconfiguration and update of their master bathroom, guest bathroom, and hallway closets, and the second a kitchen remodel.
In keeping with the style of the home, we decided to run with what we called “traditional with farmhouse charm” – warm wood tones, cement tile, traditional patterns, and you can’t forget the pops of color! The master bathroom airs on the masculine side with a mostly black, white, and wood color palette, while the powder room is very feminine with pastel colors.
When the bathroom projects were wrapped, it didn’t take long before we moved on to the kitchen. The kitchen already had a nice flow, so we didn’t need to move any plumbing or appliances. Instead, we just gave it the facelift it deserved! We wanted to continue the farmhouse charm and landed on a gorgeous terracotta and ceramic hand-painted tile for the backsplash, concrete look-alike quartz countertops, and two-toned cabinets while keeping the existing hardwood floors. We also removed some upper cabinets that blocked the view from the kitchen into the dining and living room area, resulting in a coveted open concept floor plan.
Our clients have always loved to entertain, but now with the remodel complete, they are hosting more than ever, enjoying every second they have in their home.

Clawson Architects, LLC. The entry to the reconfigured mudroom was relocated to the driveway side for easy homeowner access. This also restored the home’s original historic entry door as the public point of welcome. The mudroom was designed with increased options for storage and a large closet. A new compact, yet efficient powder room includes a custom marble sink and a window to the exterior for natural light.
Refresh Renovations - Auckland - Dave GeorgettiThis guest powder room feautures a strking black and white vanity with recessed handles. The soft grey marble floor tiles prevent the room looking cold.
