Spectacular modern, minimalistic wine room. Aluminum wine pins turn every bottle into a display. This low profile style gives the appearance of floating wine bottles. The unwavering attention to detail by builder, Classic Living Homes is often imitated, but rarely done to such a high level. Hidden LED accent lighting behind a crown and base profile are amazing! The glass wall entry and extension of the dining room is just a well thought out design.

Progress Shot*** Thermally Broken Steel USA supplied the custom thermally broken steel wine cellar and a custom steel 90minute fire-rated entry door. Both assemblies were designed to look as though they came from the same frame collection but utilize completely different profiles due to the nature of the functionality required. The thermal break in our OS2 series steel frames keeps the wine cellar at the ideal temperature and the low iron glass makes for a perfect view of the owner's wine collection. Additionally, the custom fire rated steel entry door features the same handle and trim set as the wine cellar as well as a concealed floor mounted closer and fluted glass for privacy.

The butler’s pantry not only provides storage for dishes and glassware, but also includes a full wine fridge for your collection. Soft gray quartz countertops contrast white Shaker cabinets, and a playful mirrored backsplash adds depth and interest.

Ivory walls and ceiling trimmed in honey stained alder continue into the wine room of this modern home. A custom, full glass wine storage unit is fitted with brushed nickel hardware and holds the homeowners’ extensive collection. Across the way is a wine bar capped with the same off-white quartz countertop and stained cabinetry found in the nearby kitchen. The oak flooring is stained a similar, yet deeper hue, serving to ground the space. A contemporary piece of artwork in warm shades of orange and red hangs at the end of the hallway.
