Brandt design group was fantastic! Clint and Colin were very approachable and made what initially felt like an overwhelming process seem less scary and more fun! We had an unexpected event that made us need to move quickly on our project and they dove right in and helped us create an incredible living space (in a short amount of time). They were very responsive to our questions and very easy to work with. Thanks Brandt Design!

Colin Brandt and Clint Bailey were the perfect architects for us. They listened to what we wanted and how we live. They came back to us with ideas that were beautiful and functional. Most importantly, they made the process enjoyable. They were responsive, creative and fun to "hang out" with. I gained so much respect for the both the artistic and the social aspects of architecture. I would hire them again in a minute.

We loved working with everyone at Brandt Design. They had great vision for what our home could become and created a design that accomplished this vision while respecting our budget. Ours was a remodel of our mid century home. They worked closely with us to understand what we hoped to accomplish and then took it to the next level with great ideas which transformed the living space. Couldn't be happier.

Colin Brandt (Brandt Design Group) is amazing - from start to finish. He was incredible to work with & totally understood our criteria as well as the restrictive conventants of our neighborhood. Having built three other homes before we can attest to how he is head & shoulders above others. Due to his design our home was featured in the The Seattle Times Pacific Magazine. I am a General Contractor in the Seattle area and have had the pleasure of working with Brandt design group on a few projects. I find their plans very well thought out and the staff is always available for questions, or to help solve any trickey issues that may come up. they are a great firm with great designs.

We hired Colin of Brandt Design in 2005 to design a home for my wife and me in Seattle. Colin spent a good deal of time getting to know us, our likes and dislikes in order to get a better feel for the type of design that would appeal to our taste. The time was well spent, his first design was exactly what we were hoping for. Colin's plans were very detailed, this allowed our contractor to build our home without change orders due to incomplete plans. Colin was often on site during the construction to confer with us and the contractor if any questions came up. We have now been in the home for 10 years and still feel that there is noting that we would have changed. Colin's design and vision was perfect. We hope we get a chance to do another project with Brandt Design in the future.

Brandt Design was amazing to work with. They were passionate about making sure we were happy with the project in all ways, from vision to details and through execution. After that experience, I can't imagine ever hiring another architecture firm for any future projects.

Brandt Design provided a detailed and sophisticated approach to a large scale remodel of my 1907 home. He blended today's amenities with old traditional design - a challenging task that was handled with grace. Colin was professional, responsive and very collaborative throughout the design and construction process. He also was very helpful in helping to mediate decisions that needed to be made between myself and our contractor. I would highly recommend Brandt Design Inc for any small or large scale project.

I highly recommend Brandt Design Inc! We had a great experience working with Colin. He was direct, creative, listened to our goals, and found a perfect way to make it all happen. We really loved his ideas. The follow through was all there, and so our project moved forward in a very timely manner. And when a few unexpected things came up in the construction process, he was incredibly responsive. This really made a huge difference to us, and kept things on target despite some needed adjustments. I recommend his professional services without hesitation. He is a pleasure to work with!

Colin and his team were incredible. We did a major remodel (entire main floor, kitchen/living/dining area) and Colin completely transformed our home. Colin is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the process fun instead of stressful. We were so happy with the main floor that we've already had Colin remodel a bathroom, and are planning on further projects with him. We have recommended him to everyone we know.

We selected Brandt Design to partner with us in developing a plan to add roughly a 1,000 sf addition to our northwest contemporary home. Our early 1970's house is a custom built home originally designed by a well known architect who had since passed away. Given the heritage of the home, it was important to us to compliment the original design with making such a major change to one end of the house as well as making changes to portions of the original interior including the kitchen and dining room. Brandt Design was enthusiastic to take on our project and brought many creative ideas to the table. We believe the final result honored the integrity of the original design and ultimately enhanced the exterior design and greatly increased the street presence. It also transformed the interior into an amazing open concept home. Brandt Design was also instrumental in guiding us through the construction process and provided outstanding project management services. Our family is thrilled with the final result!

I have worked with Colin on two kitchen remodels. Colin has a great sense of design, but among the many things that make him special, is that he encouraged me to think about what I really like; then he improved on it and incorporated it into the overall design. He is knowledgeable and great with the details, which was super valuable when it came to working with the contractors. Additionally, he is extremely creative, fun to work with, a great listener, flexible, and has great resource suggestions. In the end, I loved both of my kitchens; each one unique.

Commented: manufacture and color of the tile. Love ItThe stone is a slate tile that we go from a local distributor - the color code they applied to it was "k-rust." They came in 12"x12" tiles and we had the tile guy cut them in half...
