“We contracted with Todd Schulte regarding our upstairs dormer project, which enlarged bedrooms and reconstructed our bathroom. He was responsive and responsible,. We were on a relatively tight budget and Todd was open to thinking through significant issues and allowing us to do some work on our own. We were quite happy with the work done”

“We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”

“Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. The level of communication and professionalism were always their ultimate goal. Their passion about the details and the outcome is something we always felt. A year later we still have people stopping by our house asking where we got the materials and design. Like any big project, not everything went perfectly, but Axiom worked hard to correct any problems.”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.”

“I worked with Bakken Design Build to build a new three-story (attic on the top floor) home and garage from an existing foundation (garage has new foundation poured). The owner, Joel, was insightful during the planning and design phases, taking the time to meet me and discuss any questions or requests I had. He had great ideas and was able to plan well, also having given advice on living areas that I would not have thought about. During construction, the Bakken Design Build staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with me stopping by the project site to asking questions or just checking out the work. Design or material choices were always offered with dollar amounts, preventing surprises. Overall, this company was a pleasure to work with, taking the project from start to completion. I've been living in the home for several months now, and it's a lovely place to be. The design aesthetics often get complements from passerby's and neighbors.”
