From the very beginning her passion and timely work ethic shone through working collaboratively on the design was our favourite part . She brought our dreams to paper in accurate detailed drawings that we were all very satisfied with. From her expert knowledge on building codes and procedures, to her professional comportment working tirelessly with the contractor , Erica always had our back and had solutions to our every email phone call. “LOVE LOVE LOVE this genius of an architect/designer. She works magic and makes it look seamless Lee truly is a creative genius and besides that, she is a ton of fun to work with as she works her magic. Seriously, Lee has incredible vision and talent; and she is efficient and pragmatic. I have done two projects with her and love them both. I can't wait to do another one with her. She's the best. I am anxious to get images of her newest projects because they are inevitably spectacular. Her sense of aesthetics is amazing. Working with Lee is addictive!”

“This was a very challenging project due to the size.We were very pleased with the research done with materials and knowledge of new ideas. The company was very respectable of the budget provided, and often found various idea of how to complete projects. Preparation was always done before we tackled any new job with various choices which made it easier for us to make decisions. Also was able to work with different contractors sometimes at the same time and make the work "flow " accordingly.”

“We worked with Hólos Architecture + Design to do the interiors and aesthetics of our new home and were very impressed with the outcome. Rushika has an excellent eye for creative design, her attention to detail is impeccable, and she brings a modern aspect in her work, all within a reasonable budget. She has been intimately involved with every phase of the process, from initial layout to choosing a color scheme, to even picking fabrics for our new sofas. Rushika has made an effort to understand our needs, and listened to our inputs to ensure every part of the home reflects our taste. What particularly makes her stand out from the other designers is that she is also an architect. She posses a deep understanding of building structures, materials, scale, lighting, etc., and integrates this knowledge into a functional design. Her talent as a Photographer is a plus point! We were able to use many of her prints in different places of our home. Her photographs are stunning and capture beautiful landmarks that she has explored through her travels. Rushika is a complete package of talent and expertise. We would highly recommend Hólos for any home project, they will meet all expectations!”

“After spending 4-5 hours trying to find a certified aluminium roof inspector, I lucked into Apex. Their inspector Burt arrived two days later, on time, did an efficient review of the roof, took pictures of the maintenance that needed doing, and I had a complete report in my inbox the same evening. Apparently roof inspections are not cheap, so prepare yourself.”
