He situated the house on the lot in the optimal way, so that we have the best views possible while maintaining privacy. Passive solar features make the house comfortable year-round, and cut heating and cooling costs. Heiland also helped us to hire contractors and supervised the building process, so that we had the most minimally anxiety-provoking building experience.
