The first on site meeting we explained what we wanted,Declan give ideas and quick sketches to show us what we could achieve. “We purchased this house in 2008. We found it was designed to the highest manner to engage with the countryside its located in. The design of the house used every bit of sunlight in each room and we haven't found one aspect of it that we do not like or feel needs improved. We would certainly use Landmark Design if we were to build a house again.”

“Glen worked on plans for our house extension. He took the time to understand what our vision and current and future expectations of the house and the extension. Overall I would say he delivered and exceeded our expectations. Glen worked tirelessly on the designs and kept the project moving right through to planning permission stage. We were also pleased and reassured with the range of contacts for different aspects of the projects that he was able to provide. “Tom's ability technically is only surpassed by his creative flair. He was able to bring to life my vision of a modern family home and at the same time teach me why simplicity in architectural design could not be improved on by fashion or 'stuff'. After 10 years of bringing up a family in our house, we still regularly comment on how much we love living there and still occasionally catch an angle or vista that somehow we missed before. You may have 'ideas' of what is right, my advice is to listen to Tom and you won't regret the outcome.”

“Sarah did the most incredible job for us with our reconfiguring of the back rooms downstairs in our house, including knocking down walls, putting in new windows and doors, and changing the use of several rooms. She was very patient as she took us through the ideas and planning stages, helping us understand the decisions that needed to be made and guided us through the planning process smoothly. She totally understood what we were aiming for and was enthusiastic about the work. The end result is one we are delighted with - it is an easy space to live in and we love how it looks. I’d hugely recommend Sarah for anyone looking for an architect.”

“We engaged David for a refurbishment/extension project to our large Victorian home. David was able to turn the clients ideas into workable and practical design adding much along the way. His advocacy of a Contemporary Extension was proven with a resulting harmonious and much loved result. The new complementing the old house. David went the extra mile during design and construction to make sure it all came together. Working with an old house required accommodations with on site discoveries and a great result was achieved.”

“It’s not often an architect designs a dwelling for another architect! The brief Robert received was for a retirement dwelling – two bedrooms with easily accessible en suites, low energy, low maintenance, all age user friendly, distinct in design, but blending with a forty year old property on the same grounds. Robert delivered the goods and more. We live in a house perfect for us – the comfort of a highly insulated home with underfloor heating and wood burning stove, the economy and health benefits of heat recovery and mechanical ventilation, the feel good factor of abundant natural light from heat resisting treble glazing, full height windows and, when the sun permits, the luxury of free hot water from solar panels integrated into the roof. Robert’s design skills were not confined to the indoors, but externally, the landscaping, patios and paving areas displayed our attractive build to its best advantage. And all this came with the low maintenance ticket! Many people have called to inquire about aspects of the house and the architect. Comfort with style is what Robert Logan delivered for us, and always service with a smile.”
