“John took our ideas for a new kitchen extension and developed the plans and proposal so that we gained planning permission without any issues. John also attended the parish council planning meeting to ensure there were no issues at this stage. With his help and guidance a specification was developed from which we were able to have a number of contractors bid, going on to select one to complete the build. Although we knew exactly what we wanted out of this project we initially had trouble engaging builders before we started working with John, due to the unusual construction methods being used. With John’s expertise, advice and attention to detail on-board the project was completed and we have been enjoying the kitchen extension for the last six months.”

“We are planning to renovate our 1930s semi to create a light, bright kitchen/diner/living area and decided to use Rachael to help us with the planning of this project. Rachael has been a true professional from our very first meeting and ongoing with our project. Her ideas and input have been really helpful and all work up to the current stage has been done to a high standard. “Fantastic service. I had no idea how to extend my home. David help me at each stage of the process, making it really easy to do. I was even helped with guidelines about what to look for when sourcing builders- and the price of what the extension was going to cost, allowing me to compare the quotes from relevant builders. Any problems no matter how small were easily dealt with and with no fuss. Would highly recommend them.”

“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. “Unlike many architects who suggested they could draw up our ideas and designs on CAD, right from the start PWJ took a different approach. Respectfully suggesting we put aside our ideas and plans and instead asked us to explain what was important to us, how we live, who wants to use the different spaces and in effect set out a requirements list for our new/refurbished house. PWJ took on board our wants and needs and used their skill and experience to come up with an initial concept design which incorporated almost all our wishes. Then after a few iterations, discussions and education we settled on a design which met our requirements but was also sympathetic to the existing structure. Three weeks ago we had planning approval with no objections or preconditions. So far the experience has been very positive and I have found Rebecca and Jamie to be both professional and helpful but also straight talking and honest which I have found very useful. I would rate PWJ as 5 star but we are only through the first phase and so I am reserving judgement until the job is complete. So now we move to Building Regs and detailed design ready for going to tender. More later......”
