Fulfilling all of the specifics of both myself the designer and my clients was elevated by John's experience, his ease with the prospectus, and the final decisions needed to bring the project to conclusion. I will work with him again and again as his knowledge of the process for new and remodel construction was imperative to the job.”

“We used Sherri to design our custom home in Pleasant Hill, MO. She allowed us to create at our own pace and listened to our needs. She was easy to work with and continues to work with our builder and subs, at their request for assistants, during the building phase. Sherri took action to do her research when we had questions that fell outside her expertise. Our builder praised her work and commented that he would recommend her to other homeowners. She provided us with a 3D view of the interior of the home, which really helped us to visually see her custom design. She met our deadline and budget agreements.”

“We hired Summit Architecture to design a screened porch addition. Mary and Jennifer came over for an initial meeting to understand our ideas, needs and preferences and also assessed any structural and building code issues we may encounter. They promptly had three initial designs for us to choose from. We selected our favorite and then got to work on the smaller details of the design. They guided us through the process of setting up surveys, structural engineers and other pre-construction assessments, understood our city zoning requirements and variances, led us through the architectural review board approval process, and provided excellent plans and details for our builder. They really thought through all of the small details that make our porch so enjoyable. We were so pleased with the design of the porch, their attention to detail, and guidance through the process. Our new porch is now our favorite room in the house. I would highly recommend Summit Architecture!”
