From the initial drawings, to dealing with the council and their requirements; and the professionalism and their ability to meet deadlines was unsurpassed. And in our case they went beyond their scope of work, for without their skill factor and foresight, we don't think our renovations would have been completed to what we have now. “Ron Seeto project managed our home improvements after he had done the drawings of what we the client wanted to achieve. Major out door changes saw new swimming pool with a large dining entertaining area with outdoor fireplace and BBQ area. Many challenges with changes of drains etc as many unknown features when we started but a professional finish to a satisfied customer”

“Lisa and I engaged 9Design Environments in 2014 as architects for the renovation of our run down home in Auckland. Documentation was provided cost efficiently and on time, and during the build all site inspections undertaken on schedule. Shannon and her colleagues were friendly, approachable and professional and worked well with our builder. Most importantly, during the design stages, Shannon was open to our ideas, testing them and either giving us a reality check or finding creative and practical ways to make them work. We are very happy with the result.”

“Jessamine designed a back deck for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This wasn't a simple deck, it had to tie into an existing deck on a level below, which is yet not ground level. And because we have an odd shaped lot, it had work within the council restrictions for setbacks from our neighbours. On top of all of that, I wanted it to look interesting and give me the space and practicality I needed. Being a designer myself, I thought I knew just what it should look like, but Jessamine brought some great new ideas to the project, which improved and enhanced my original ideas. She was professional, did all the work in a timely manner, worked through all the frustrations presented by council and gave my builder a perfect set of plans for a relatively complicated structure. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessamine for any and all projects requiring an architect. And I do so regularly! She has great ideas, a creative approach and is very easy to work with while always getting the job done as timely and on budge as possible.”

“We sought to bring coffee roasting out of the warehouse and into an engaging showroom type setting where we could utilise the venue for both education and day to day espresso bar functions. As we'd worked with Glamuzina Architects three times previously on a coffee roastery & two espresso bars that we were very happy with they were our natural choice on our largest project to date. What has made our sites so successful was the ability of Dominic & team to listen and comprehend our goals, but then envision intellectually stimulating yet aesthetically pleasing & pragmatic designs that pushed both myself and our customers out of our comfort zones but to positive affect. This focus, when soo much hospitality design is regurgitated pinterest boards, is why we keep coming back.”
