“Sally designed our house with the style, function and design features we were wanting in such a short time! She was able to read our needs and our personalities and construct a home that we could've never imagined! She stayed within our design aesthetics however added her own twist that really was the icing on the cake. She also worked well with our builder, designer and was a team player with the sub-contractors that also touched the house. We were so very pleased with the project and would highly recommend her to others.”

“Our company worked with Chris on the large contemporary renovation in Bratenahl. The project offered many challenges from concept, thru design to construction. We have done several projects of this type. Working with Chris was a pleasure that is not always experienced on a complex project like this. His attention to detail, communication and involvement in the project allowed for the entire team to establish a solid relationship with the owner and enabled us to complete the project as expected and with the highest quality.”

“We were in the middle of a remodel when our house collapsed. I had to get options together as to rebuild on to what was left of our home or to tear down and start new. I outreached to RDS, spoke to Dominic who took my message, and received a call back in record time. Jim scheduled a visit with his structural engineer within a few days to come out to our site. Jim had me come in to design a sketch to build on to the back of our 1800's brick home. The sketch was amazing and came together very quickly. His design process is simple but thorough and allows for changes that he sketches on the spot. Ultimately, we have made the decision to tear down and build new. We do not have the time for a full customized designed from beginning to end but Jim had solutions for us. I feel confident that he has designed the house of our dreams within our budget. He is knowledgeable about building and associated costs. With little to no timeline, Jim manages to fit us in every time I call. The office staff that I have interacted with are friendly with smiles on their faces. I cannot say enough good things about Residential Designed Solutions. I am thrilled that I found Jim and look forward to working with him to get our new house under way. Thank you Jim! After almost a year, we are going home this week. RDS is amazing and Jim is second to none. Thank you RDS!”

“Peter and his team designed and built a beautiful forever home for us. He was willing to offer suggestions, but was always more interested in what we wanted. His process with us was not what I would consider fast, but "right" was much more important to us. I hope to live here the rest of my days. I guess my highest praise would be that I recommended my son and daughter-in-law have Peter design and build their next home.”

“Jamee designed a custom lake home for our family. She was with us from initial concept thru design. She also handled the entire bidding processing and did all site management for us. I cannot give anything but the highest recommendation and praise for Jamee. Not only do we love our home, we love Jamee! She is creative, a fantastic listener, a problem solver, fun, and beyond professional. Jamee became a sounding board and true partner in the entire building process. Her input was invaluable to us! I think a true testament to the level of her professionalism and excellent work is that our builder also has nothing but the highest praise for Jamee and has actually referred clients to Jamee. Builders often shun working with architects and our builder is referring clients to her...WOW!! You cannot do better than Jamee Parish and we look forward to working with Jamee on remodeling our primary residence as our next project.”

“After raising our family in a traditional four-bedroom two-story home, my wife and I wanted to downsize into a ranch home in our same neighborhood. The home we purchased was a 1970’s era three-bedroom ranch with “good bones,” but badly in need of updating. We brought Jeremy in from the Onward Design Collaborative even before we closed on the purchase to share our ideas and get his input. In short Jeremy incorporated all the items on our “wish list” in his design, opening up the living area, adding master suite with a walk-in closet and transforming a sunroom from an added-on porch. His detailed drawings were accurate, and he worked well with our general contractor. The results were fantastic and on-budget. We love our completely remodeled ranch “forever” home. “Having been in the design-build industry for 25 years and completing multiple high profile projects in Ohio and Florida with William Fugo, I am able to definitively state that he is most outstanding professional I have ever collaborated with. His skill at developing project parameters sets the tone for devising design and functional concepts for each project. This approach is consistent regardless of the size of the project. Large projects including those designated: “Wilderness,” “Valley Overlook” and “Canalside” were complex whole building renovation and additions - yet the attention to detail was maintained throughout the process. His ability to bring highly creative and effective designs to the client is consistently remarkable. Coupled with this architectural skill is the very rare skill to carry the design process to the projects interior. The ability to design interior elements to improve traffic flow, food servicing, senior living amenities, architectural details & finishes, lighting, color selections and furnishing selection & procurement while collaborating with other professionals ensures the finished project routinely exceeds expectations. William Fugo is a methodical project partner. His work is always organized, documented clear & concise and timely. This directly impacts the ability to keep a project on budget and on time. “We hired Steven to take our rough plans and make them into blueprints for a future home. He was very professional and easy to work with. He made our ideas come alive on paper. When wanting to provide more floor space in the master bedroom for our ailing parents, he worked with us to find practical solutions that made the space functional and inviting. We wanted to have wheel chair accessibility in the home and Steven helped us plan ramps and other accessible areas in our home. He was patient with us when we were deciding on ideas. Steven was someone who we would work with again if given the opportunity and his efficiency is very commendable.”

“Adam came to us highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We reviewed Adam’s website which showed an excellent sense of design. During our initial meeting, Adam listened to our ideas and asked questions about what was important to us. Adam provided a comprehensive list of questions in order to understand our vision and needs. During the schematic design process, we were provided with plans that faithfully accommodated these needs and desires. At the end of the process, we received detailed construction documents, which were aided by Adam’s 3D renderings, resulting in accurate building estimates. During construction Adam successfully addressed various issues and problems arising from either unforeseen circumstances or contractor errors. We feel Adam has continually protected our interests, and ensured that the constructor made no changes without our approval and has been an advocate against attempts by the contractor to add on additional fees. Adam is passionate about architecture. He has been involved in every aspect of the project, while being responsive to our design goals - generously offering thoughtful advice throughout. Overall, our experience has been superb. We strongly recommend Adam and A|O.”
