“Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites. Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.”

“It was great working with Lindsay putting together a design for my first house. He listened and provided some great suggestions, and his first draft was almost perfect. The big thing for me was we were working under a deadline to take advantage of a free building permit offer from Langford that was ending. He made the adjustments quickly and we got them in on time. Since then I have hired Aspire a couple time through my work to get some quick drawings with good results.”

“Everyone at CA Design was a delight to deal with from the beginning of our design process to the completion of our new home. John and Jeremy listened to our ideas and encorporated all of our hopes and wishes for our new "forever" home. The final result is even better than we had hoped for. We got everything on our wish list all in one functional, gorgeous, comfortable home which will allow us to age in place. They brought ideas to the design we had not considered.
