“Building our first home on a relatively tricky site was daunting. Rik designed a beautiful home for us, maximising our spectacular view. South facing homes in our area are normally dark... not in our case- our home is filled with natural light due to his design ensuring a natural flow of light to flood the interior all day long. He created the large open breathable space we wanted with double volume in certain areas and intimate coziness in other areas making our house feel like a home. Rik was sensitive to our budget and advised us wisely. If we ever build another house we would love to hire his services again.”

“7Storeys Construction installed a new Rondo 490 fire place at my house. Initially we were in two minds whether we should install a fire place, because the chimney should go through the roof and we had past experience of water leaks at our previous house. However, we decided to go ahead after I was assured by the 7Storeys Construction team that there will be no leaks. The work was done professionally (a year ago) and we have no water leaks. I can really recommend 7Storeys Construction. Thanks to the team – I can really recommend the company for any alterations to your existing house/business. I am already liaising with them on further alterations to my house.”

“Nikita has been our architect and project manager twice now and it has cemented our faith in her as a professional who listens and gets the job done. The most reassuring thing about Nikita is piece of mind, knowing that she is the advocate for us and will ensure of a high quality outcomes right from drawings to turn key. Her team of builders are exceptional so much so I am reluctant to let the secret out. They were respectful of our space, listened, consulted when necessary and as is inevitable with a big build when problems arose Nikita worked with the builders quickly and efficiently to sort out any hiccups. We have more work in the future to be done and Nikita and her builders are definitely our first choice every time. She understands customer service which is rare these days and her client is her number one priority. Exceptional service and exceptional team, I cant recommend them enough! “I have been using the services Studio Eric Lategan many times in the last 20 years,and I am highly satisfied with their Professional approach to designing and managing the finish of High End residential properties. They are at present busy with my retirement beachfront property and all is going well , for this to be the best house in the small Beachfront complex.
