““From the moment I saw Alan’s sample portfolio I knew I was dealing with a genuine professional. We initially brought Alan a sample plan we had drawn up, but realized that plan would cut off our view of the beautiful trees throughout the property, and (because I am a artist) I also needed to have an art studio built in somehow. A few weeks later, Alan showed us his idea—to angle the garage (instead of taking it straight back) which would completely open the view out back and create a unique vortex-shaped art studio space. All we could say was “WOW!” Now, everyone who sees and talks to us about our new house, compliments us on this unique and creative architectural feature. Alan took our ideas and pushed them to a whole new level and the 3-D views Alan showed us throughout the process, were spectacular. “We had great fun working with Kim. We were new to renovation with the task of creating a livable space in an underutilized attic. Kim started tossing ideas our way, but only after listening to what we were interest in and what we wanted to pay. It's nice working with someone who listens and doesn't just stick to their own agenda. The result is a bright, open airy space we all enjoy, especially our guests who we usually toss up there!”

“Jesse was instrumental in the architecture and design of our remodel. She is highly professional and knowledgeable. She is very efficient and knows how to get the "job done". From every aspect of the project starting with initial architectural blueprints and CAD files, down to the minutest details of flooring, tile, fixtures, fittings, color schemes and furniture choices Jesse was one of the main leads on our team. She was also able to help negotiate with the contractor and was instrumental in helping us secure a refund after our ceilings weren't able to be a high as initially planned.”
