He couldn't have been more helpful, visiting us on numerous occasions to discuss what we wanted, offering ideas and suggestions and saying what was or wasn't possible. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. “Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. “VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“I engaged Chris to draw up plans for a house extension and garage conversion into an office and shed. I was extremely impressed with Chris's attitude and professionalism throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of his work, advised me where necessary and came to see me at regular intervals to review the design and ensure I understood all aspects of the work clearly. Chris's knowledge through the planning process was invaluable and helped get this approved effortlessly. His detailed and thorough plans and drawings meant that the builders (a number of whom Chris recommended) could price up this work in an accurate manner and provide detailed timelines for the project. Which as a project manager myself was great to see! There is absolutely no doubt I would use Chris again for any other projects and have happily recommended him to friends and family.”

“I retained Carta Nova to work on my apartment in the US. I worked with Eva to come up with a few ideas and she expertly brought everything together--color scheme, interior architecture as well as the few minor structural changes that I wanted to do. I loved the result and it helped substantially when renting out the apartment. Eva listened to my ideas, understood what I wanted and helped to crystallize those notions into ideas... and then made the ideas become reality.
