William Kleinschmidt, Architect
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“I collaborated with Bill Kleinschmidt developing a playhouse with an art focus for ages 6-15. Bill was very professional and great to work with as we created designated areas of art making and incorporated the building design to work with the activities. Bill is an attentive listener and creative designer, who is able to merge fabulous design with function. I would gladly work with him again on another project.”
Shaw Architecture LLC.
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“We used Shaw Architecture when we built our home in Santa Fe in 2005. We also used them when we added a casita in 2012. Steve Shaw was a professional in every way. His plan for our home met our needs completely. We love living there. He made wonderful suggestions and when problems arose he was creative in solving them. We have complete confidence in Steve's abilities and trustworthiness. He wants to satisfy his clients and is a pleasure to work with.”
Archaeo Architects
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“Jon Dick of Archaeo has provided excellent design work, careful communication and compete integrity in working through sometimes difficult team dynamics. The approximately $2M project consisted of a top to bottom addition and renovation to an existing house located in a difficult to access area of Santa Fe.”
East Mountain Design
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“Sue helped me transform my ideas into practical and beautiful realities.
Her knowledge of how form and function interact to create a unique but livable space was invaluable in realizing my "dream house".
Would not hesitate to recommend her unequivocally.”
Wurzburger Architects
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“Peter designed a stunning home for me in the hills of Santa Fe. He did a sensational job of making a beautiful home to life in; he captured the light, took best advantage of a very complex setting, designed perfect private spaces and spaces to entertain in. Peter is thoughtful, easy to work with and very competent.”
A Christopher Purvis Architects
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“Christopher designed our dream home. He was patient, knowledgeable, easy to communicate and work with, a true professional. He listened to us, and incorporated OUR ideas, not just his own. He is a man without ego--the perfect type to work with. He carried the project with the builder to the end, and still is available to us when we want to pick his brains! If we were to design another home, there is no question----- we would call him.”
Joan Lombardi Design
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“My husband and I have been working with Joan Lombardi on different projects since 2004 to present. She has a background in interior and architectural design. Her eye for color is phenomenal. She designed and chose the color wave for a beautiful area rug in our den. Joan drew up plans for our new bathroom/bedroom suite and also drew renderings of original pieces of furniture for our den and bedroom. She is extremely talented and works within a budget. Joan does an excellent job and a pleasure to work with.”
Architectural Alliance LLC
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“As realtors and developers in the Santa Fe area we are always happy to work with Architectural Alliance. They are knowledgeable, professional, and local so they are easy to reach and communicate with in order to collaborate and come up with a design that works for us. We have had a strong professional relationship for years and it is apparent that they take their work and clients very seriously. They are always willing to work with us on difficult and challenging projects and we are always happy with the finished design. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire an architect for new construction, commercial, or residential in the greater Santa Fe, NM area! They can do it all!”
WAMO Studio Architects
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“We hired WAMO as the architecture firm for our Passive House project. They were great to work with from beginning to end. Our designer, Vahid, was amazing at taking our scattered ideas and putting them into a coherent, beautiful, design. He didn't want to move forward until we were happy, and throughout the project WAMO did an excellent job of balancing our aesthetic desires with our limited budget! Vahid was also great in working with us to find a contractor who could do the quality of work demanded by Passive House within our budget. He clearly explained the trade-offs we were facing between the contractors who bid on our project. He spend a tremendous amount of time in construction supervision. We now have a beautiful, modern, zero net energy "forever home". WAMO gets our thanks and our highest recommendation.”
Conrad Skinner Design LLC
Home Additions Services in Santa Fe, NM
“Conrad worked with us on our kitchen/home remodel over the course of a year. We went through many iterations before coming to a final decision on the project.
Every step of the way Conrad was thorough, passionate, open-minded and supportive. The fact that he is based in Santa Fe, while we live in Burbank was not an issue.
We started with a decent sized 1920's kitchen (with next to no counter space) that was not set up efficiently. We got endless counters and cabinets in a gorgeous, sun filled kitchen with an awesome breakfast nook. He's a master at maximizing space. He made sure the changes flowed well with the rest of the house. The house actually feels larger and we didn't add any square footage.
Conrad is an artist and consummate professional. I recommend him unreservedly.”
