“Full House Designs designed two houses for me recently. The plans were easy to understand and were permitted through the County very quickly with minimum comments. I like working with Full House. My questions are always answered, usually the same day. They have a 3D modelling software that provides snapshots walking through the design so that you can get a really good idea what things will look like before they are built. The architect has a penchant for recommending high end materials that can make a project look really great. I am using Full House Designs for my next project.”

“Paul was the architect for a large extension of our house, involving a new garage, breezeway, 2 additional bedrooms and baths, in a mother daughter arrangement. The new addition needed to meet an wide array of architectural requirements due to strict local code, but also from an esthetics perspective. Paul worked with us, listened, provided great suggestions and via an iterative process designed a fantastic looking end product for which it looked like it was always built that way from day one. Paul also worked closely with the builder, providing in the end a great experience. We will use Paul again for our next project.”

“Steve designed a wonderful contemporary home for us. Our meetings with Steve went smoothly and we found him to be a good listener. He was attentive to our thoughts and ideas about what we liked and wanted in our new home. His interpretation of our ideas has led to a truly unique design. He was able to position the house on the lot in a way that took advantage of the view from every room. He worked very well with our builder and was willing to meet as often as necessary during the design process and during construction. Not a day goes by when people do not comment on our home and its unique design. Steve is truly gifted in what he does.”

“We couldn't be more satisfied with the design and layout of our new kitchen remodel, thanks to Ryan at Studio K Group! Ryan spent numerous hours with us, figuring out exactly what we wanted including, multiple drawings to help us with a real (virtual) visual of what our options were prior to making a final decision. Once we chose the final design, Ryan was very prompt in getting the final plans to us and was always available for questions or help along the way. We were so impressed with Ryan's knowledge with design that we are using him again for a large room addition.”
