Primiano Architecture was recommended to us by an acquaintance. From our first meeting with Joe we knew he was the right person. He was honest, intelligent and most importantly he listened and made suggestions. It was a true partnership. Joe worked closely with us throughout design, township approval, choosing a contractor and final approval. We could not be any happier with how the project turned out. I would give Primiano Architecture 4 out 4 stars and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an architect.”

“Halliday Architects designed our new home to replace the one destroyed by Storm Sandy in 2012. The team was our one stop shop to help us balance the needs and final chance to get it right, as critical plan budget restraints were necessary due to repeated insurance recovery disappointments. The Team is one of the very best experiences with getting a custom building job on track, on time, within budget. The most important reflection of the experience was complete early communication and finalization of needs and wants. We can now reflect the joy of watching our home rise from paper to reality due to the value and professional competence of the Halliday Architects Team and knowledge. GREAT JOB WELL DONE! “QMA Design did a major exterior renovation on our house which included new siding, doors, windows, chimney, steps, porch as well as addition of a second story terrace, complete renovation of the front of house to create additional parking space and new landscaped areas. Todd and his project managers and workers did a beautiful job. After the job and to date Todd is extremely responsive if problems develop (and no major problems have developed) or if other new work is needed. I highly recommend this company.”

“I used PLM Architects when I was going to put an extension on my building for my business. They did such a Great Job that I hired them to design the extension i put on my house. They are easy to deal with and always responded to my emails and any changes I wanted along the way. I think the thing that I liked the most was when I handed in the Architects plans to the township they said that the Architect did a Great Job and was very thorough. That saved me so much time, money and frustration. During the construction of my projects, when I had to alter anything PLM Architects were very easy to get hold of and make the changes I needed. I would very highly recommend them”

“after looking at hundreds of kitchen islands i found one on houzz.com that was completely different than all the generic ones. it was a beautiful craftman cherry wood piece of furniture 82x45 that could be handed down through the family for generations. i contacted him and he made drawings of the table which i had made (we live across the country from each other). subsequently i had many questions, having never done a kitchen remodel before. richard took all my calls, was so helpful with any question i had. we talked about countertops, electrical outlets, hardware, and in the process i realized i had found not only a beautiful blueprint for a magnificent and unique kitchen worktable (we never say "island" around here anymore!) but a very decent man who was a delight to talk to. his work is precise, clean, has a "forever" feel, and his personality matches his skills with design and wood. he's a great guy to work with. i couldn't be happier with the outcome.”
