“We had a complete renovation done of our bedroom wing with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a hallway under Heike's guidance. This was the 2nd project we have done with her, and we are once more thrilled with the result! What we like about Heike is that, she is a nice person to work with, she listens well, does extra research, has a lot of knowledge of materials and where to get them, and last but not least the fact that she comes from Europe and understands our modern European taste well. She introduced a number of nice touches in the overall design and paid attention to the overall energy efficiency of the renovation. She also worked with our contractor and the building department of our town. We can full-heartedly recommend her.”

Ask him for photos of our award-winning kitchen. The details and custom cabinetry are superb - he listened to our needs and wants, and got it right!”

Dave is easy to work with and has a keen sensitivity for his clients' tastes. He spends considerable time listening and understanding the "wants" of his clients and balancing the practicality and realistic options for construction. “I engaged Newick Architects to design the renovation and reconstruction of my home. I believe it was a very good client/architect relationship. Additionally, we partnered with a contractor of my choice and it became a fruitful 3-way collaboration. (In fact, the architect and contractor have worked together on numerous projects subsequent to my introduction.) I researched over 60 architects before selecting Newick Architects, and did so because I believed we shared an aesthetic sensibility, which was borne out by the project's successful fruition.”

“Scott did a total remodel of a 1906 house in 2008. He did a brilliant job utilizing existing space, duplicating original molding, doors and windows, and turning our house into a total "Jewel Box". Its the fourth remodel I've done and there was not one argument or disagreement. Scott's attention to detail is superb, the subs he works with are craftsmen, he was on time and really worked to get the best quality for the price we were spending. It was such a fun year doing this project and I would highly recommend him.”

“Eric Baker recently served as architect on a very challenging repair project to our hurricane damaged home. Despite the difficult circumstances, he made us feel at ease from the beginning, and was a calming influence through every step of the project.
