“We engaged Margaret Skilbeck to help us with a major renovation and extension of our family home in Warrawee. Architelle was recommended by a local builder who gave us the names of a few architects that work in the Area. He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. She gave us very good advise along the way and helped in choosing materials and fittings. She was professional, capable, efficient and very pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending Her. She was able to work well with the builders & coordinate the other professionals. Her fees were reasonable and good value.”

“I hired Nathalie at NS Studio to complete our renovation project and project manage our build. She was so hands on and always there to help me with advice and any queries. I would highly recommend her, she is very well connected and had some great ideas. Nathaie's interior design skills were an added bonus when furnishing the inside of the house aswell.”

“We are in the process of renovating our house and are extremely happy with the service that Luke and Mukesh have provided. We have a 1920's Californian Bungalow and are re-designing the downstairs and adding a modern 2nd-storey to the back part of the house. They have always been willing to listen to our suggestions and incorporated it into the design or came up with other ideas that we preferred! They are always quick to answer any questions we have and so easy to reach via phone or email. They are also willing to communicate with our builder and interior designer to get the best result for us. We highly recommend them if you want a great design whilst working with a professional team on your side.”

“We've used Dieppe Design for two renovation projects - a two bedroom unit that needed a total overhaul and a small 1940s house that needed more space and updating and we couldn't be happier on both occasions. Dieppe Designs presented us with modern, efficient concepts that were flexible to our needs and budget. The work was done in an excellent timeframe and communication with our builders and council was seamless. Couldn't recommend highly enough.”

“We hired Sam at the beginning of 2009 to do a partial renovation of an old farm house in northern New South Wales. He was very professional and when any problems arose always had a solution which was helpful when we had not renovated before. There were complexities with moving walls and re-jigging ceiling roses etc but nothing was too much trouble. We all worked with an excellent building team and together made our renovation work both inside and outside with inground tanks and a swimming pool. A very positive experience.”

“I can thoroughly recommend Danny Broe. Danny managed the renovation of my house in Enmore over the period September 2010 - February 2013. The result has been the transformation of a small, dark terrace into a thoughtfully designed home full of light and space. From our first meeting I felt confident that Danny would give me not just what I thought I wanted, but a house that would work in the long term, and one that I would be happy to live in for many years. When we talked about what could be done with the house I felt they were fresh ideas, not simply variations of work that he had done before. While a major renovation is incredibly stressful I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with a professional architect who knew how to translate my sometimes rather vague wants/needs into a three dimensional space that is lovely and very functional. Danny and his team took care of every aspect of the renovation - their attention to detail is amazing. His quotation for the scope of work clearly outlined his fees, what would be done and what could be expected at each stage of the project. He was very good at answering my many questions, his advice was well considered and he explained everything. In addition to the clear fee structure, Danny gave accurate cost estimations which greatly assisted my budgeting. He provided detailed plans and diagrams and the council application went through without problems. He also managed the tender process and selection of builder, as well as managing the contract during the build.
