“We have worked with Giovanni on our home for 10 years. He is very easy to work with, very accommodating of our ideas, and super responsive during the build phases when we needed advice. As an Engineer, I would say the best bit is his background in construction. This meant the digital plans were immaculate, highly detailed and contained everything I needed as a self builder. If the phrase is "stick to the plan" then if you stick to a Giovanni plan, your home will be millimetre perfect.”

“I worked with JF Projects on a couple of projects and Jonathan is great at getting things done on time and within budget. He provides solutions which has brought us a lot of savings. He gets the liaising done between the Client and the Design Team so that we can just get on with the work. He also looks out for issues with the project before they arrise so that they do not slow the job down. I would recommend working with him and his team.”

“Louise made the whole process a very enjoyable experience. From the start she asked questions and listened to the answers, which means that I have a space that I want and is not only lovely, but works well for my family. I felt the pressure taken off me as after the design phase Louise liaised with the builders for me to ensure everyone was working together and that gave me confidence that it would all come together smoothly. She is very calm and reassuring. I have already recommended her on to friends and will do so again!”

“We already had planning permission for a loft conversion which involved raising the ridge level of the roof and were looking for an architect to plan this in detail. Joaquin took this project and also our aspirations for opening up the downstairs through to completion. He did this in a professional and helpful way keeping the project on budget. We are very pleased with the final effect and would recommend Joaquin to others.”

“We wished to extend our house but it is a very unusual shape. We were looking for an Architect who could come up with a design for a 2 storey extension that maintained the character of the house but provided us with more usable living space. We chose Adapt because their initial design concept fulfilled all our requirements yet remained within our suggested budget. Although construction is not yet complete, our neighbours have commented on how much better the house looks. We are pleased at how much more space we will have when the work is complete and how the house will be far more suitable for us as we get older. Alan talked us through the whole process of Planning & Building Control approval & kept us fully informed during these processes. Additionally, he recommended suitable structural engineers and surveyors to assist us, and sent out tender documents to the various builders who were quoting for the work. “Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.”

“Brian Hoolahan acted as our principal architect as we embarked on our project to replace our harbour fronted home in Chichester. The location of the property was particularly sensitive as it is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our brief was for Brian’s practice to design a family home using traditional materials whilst at the same time satisfying some of the highest environmental standards with respect to energy efficiency and material sourcing - including ground source heating and significant reliance of a sustainably sourced oak structure as an alternative to steel. Further, as a resident of Bosham we very much required that our new home was to be sympathetic towards the local environment, being close to Bosham village and its grade 1 listed Anglican church. Brian led all aspects of the design and planning approval process - which included satisfying the requirements of the District and Parish counsils as well as other authorities, including Chichester Harbour Conservancy. Following planning approval, Brian, through his construction company, Harbour Contractors, project managed the build covering all aspects of compliance and certification addressing architectural matters as they arose. We were delighted in choosing Brian’s organisation for our project and were able to benefit from his many years of professional experience as well as his deep architectural knowledge, having developed many projects throughout West Sussex.”
