“Jessamine designed a back deck for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This wasn't a simple deck, it had to tie into an existing deck on a level below, which is yet not ground level. And because we have an odd shaped lot, it had work within the council restrictions for setbacks from our neighbours. On top of all of that, I wanted it to look interesting and give me the space and practicality I needed.
Being a designer myself, I thought I knew just what it should look like, but Jessamine brought some great new ideas to the project, which improved and enhanced my original ideas. She was professional, did all the work in a timely manner, worked through all the frustrations presented by council and gave my builder a perfect set of plans for a relatively complicated structure.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jessamine for any and all projects requiring an architect. And I do so regularly! She has great ideas, a creative approach and is very easy to work with while always getting the job done as timely and on budge as possible.”
