“We built a house in Blenheim on a challenging site with a reasonably steep slope, with the brief asking for a single level home with plenty of usable outdoor space, set well in the sun. Tony gave us realistic options with 3D illustrations and sun/shading visuals. His communication was efficient, easy, and to the point. We never felt that he was working with us while based in the northern hemisphere, halfway around the world. Tony arranged together with the builder all necessary permits and inspections, as well as attending timely to all requests of details or changes. It was a smooth, easy process with a great outcome and a home that is wonderful to live in. We recommend Tony without any reservations.
