F2F scoped the work to be done and implemented a clear plan to complete it. They were organised and efficient. Their communication was excellent and work impeccable. They were so reliable and always did what they said they would. I relied on their expertise and also utilised some of the high quality specialists they recommended. They were a pleasure to work with, nothing seemed too much trouble. If it wasn't for them I'm pretty sure I'd still be trying to finish the renovation. Kevin was punctual, professional yet friendly and really listened to what I wanted for our bathrooms, offering useful suggestions for even the smallest details.
