They were so accommodating with our requests, even the odd ones. They work with strong integrity and professionalism and Andy only deals with top quality, experienced tradespeople.     “Home Trends is a specialist bathroom company which manages both the fitting of new bathroom, and renovations of existing bathrooms.Over the years, I have used their services 3 times for complete renovations of my bathrooms. This company has a very professional approach to their work, and supplies detailed plans and quotes so you know exactly what you re getting. The bathroom designers are extremely knowledgable, and creative with their ideas.The renovation is managed extremely well by the project manager who supplies a complete programme as to what will be happening, in terms of tradespeople , or suppliers, in the time allocated to complete the bathroom. All the Home trends staff, and sub-contractors, are friendly and willing to help with any problems you may have. I feel this is the key to a successful project, and I would highly recommend their services.”

    “Jane D was the project manager on my Hillcrest property. The project involved a complete do up, from replacement of the kitchen and bathroom, to remodelling of the dining and lounge areas and basement. Jane was a pleasure to work with, taking care of liaising with trades, getting quotes and ensuring everything was done as per the plans. It was great having her deal with the trades as it made it a lot less stressful, especially as she kept me up to date with progress on an ongoing basis. Following completion the house was sold for a healthy profit which was very pleasing.”

    “I have used Nova Tiling on my two latest jobs and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who enquires. They were obliging, on time, on budget, did an excellent job and stood by their work. I was particularly impressed when they agreed to fix up a previous tillers mistakes and obligations. Not common in this business. Much appreciated.”

    “"From the initial contact I was extremely impressed by the straightforward process of dealing with Bathroom Direct. Kevin was punctual, professional yet friendly and really listened to what I wanted for our bathrooms, offering useful suggestions for even the smallest details. The planning of both our projects was extremely thorough and it was fantastic being able to see exactly what all the rooms would look like with the 3D designs. It was great peace of mind having a fixed budget without any extra running around needed. Even though the quote was more than we were originally planned on spending, I soon realised that we were going to get an extremely higher quality bathroom and that you do definitely get what you pay for! It was useful having an on site meeting with our project manager, Callan, and designer, Kevin, prior to commencement. Everything required for the project was delivered promptly on the first morning and so began the renovations. At times it was so quiet in the house that we almost forgot that any of the team were there! Both the ensuite and main bathroom projects progressed smoothly, without any hick-ups and were completed within the planned timeframe. Callan and all the tradesmen were helpful, professional and extremely well organised. They left the site tidy at the end of each day. The team worked around our needs and went the extra mile to help fit in with our routines, children and pets. There was great communication and co-ordination between all the tradies. We found them to be trustworthy, reliable and courteous, with an excellent work ethic. The tilers, painters and Callan were perfectionists, displaying amazing attention to details and quality of workmanship. Bathroom Direct did a great job sorting out our old, tired, leaky bathrooms and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an amazing, first-class bathroom ... WE ARE STILL IN AWE OF OUR NEW BATHROOMS!"”

    “Plumb'In have been TERRIFIC. I have been renovating two bathrooms and the service they provided has been outstandingly good. Nuala gave me splendid advice in terms of function and aesthetics. She then sorted out an order carefully matching exactly what I needed. The items were dispatched very speedily and received in perfect condition. She followed up personally to check that everything was fine. She followed up later to check how things were going. I was really chuffed at this as I sensed that she was taking a personal interest in my project. When there was a hitch, she pulled out all the stops and raced a part to us which had been lost on-site. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was looking for outstanding service!! I haven't a photo yet.”
