“The owners of Tersigni Palachek are excellent. They are great project managers, architects, and designers. They understand quality and respect budget. They demand the highest level of quality/service from vendors and sub contractors. They listen so they understand what YOU want. One of the best aspects of working with them is that Michael and David don't have the same opinions always on design - listening to their debate really helps you extract what you want. We love our home and the ideas they brought to the project truly changed outcomes. Highly recommend them for any home project. and they are really nice guys in addition to be so professional.”

“I found Primhaus when looking for ideas on building a modern Scandinavian farm house. While we liked the general design of the house we chose we needed to modify it to meet our own needs. Scott worked with us on a number of Zoom meetings to provide us with a final product that we are now moving forward to build. After every session with Scott he sent us an updated draft to mull over. My wife and I were very impressed with his problem solving skills. Every change we wanted to make brought on another challenge. Scott always came up with a solution that made the overall design even better. In addition to his outstanding creativity Scott was very patient and never rushed us. Even when our design was finalized he offered to help us in the future if we run in to any issues. It should be mentioned how surprised we were to find out that the price for the plan modifications was well beyond reasonable. Our whole experience with Scott and Primhaus far exceeded our expectations.”

“Hayley did a phenomenal job picking up the pieces of a failed renovation (with a prior architect and general contractor) and pulling everything together to create a beautiful home. She did everything from figuring out what was done and wasn’t done, to ordering materials, planning timelines, bringing in a reliable contractor, and adjusting the design to account for prior mistakes in construction and make the space even better than originally planned. I fully recommend hiring Hayley as she has an amazing eye for design, and is also trustworthy and gets the job done.”

“I originally hired CO-Office to complete the design for my real estate office in Manhattan.. They did a fantastic job, in fact, everyone that comes into the office always asks "who did this? I want their info!" so I am always already giving their contact info out to people. Then it came time to design my own home and I went back to CO-Office. Again, they completely impressed me. This team is smart, thorough, and detail oriented. I give them my highest endorsement!”
