After sitting down with her and discussing my "wants" and my attempts to sketch the layout, I knew she was the perfect person to design our new home. We undertook a tear-down project on a challenging lot in Northern California. Jae's experience was a huge asset to our project as he knew how to provide the optimal design for a house on a sloping lot.
