We had a site visit almost every day by the site manager who would talk to us about the day and what was happening over the next few days. Our concerns (very few) were treated in a friendly manner, any issues were quickly resolved. The Workers Through the project the children got to know the builders, plasterers, plumbers, electrician. What a friendly bunch!! They would say hello to the children but always kept a respectful distance when we were also in the home. They were always on time and worked long hours to meet deadlines. We trusted them so much we gave them a house key. OUTCOME Aside from the works we especially LOVE: - the layout of the loft bedroom/ bathroom - bespoke handmade TV unit and book shelf - the curves plastered under the new staircase to create a beautiful flow through the old and new area of the house We are so so happy with all the work Is and Ren Studios Ltd have carried out in our home.
